• Big rooms.
• No arcade/game room.

• The room was really, clean. Also, it was very large for the price.
• The location isn't as convenient to Winterlude activities as others.

“The hotel provided the best value I have ever gotten in a hotel stay. The suite was big; the beds were really comfortable; there was never any noise from the hall; the room was spotless, including the kitchen; the lobby staff were always friendly and helpful. The only way the hotel could improve on its near-perfection is to maybe update the decor a little, but I'm definitely NOT complaining. For the price, this is as good as it gets.”

• Really big rooms!
• P1 elevator button going up did not work.

“When I checked in the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room I chose felt like an apartment. It was big and spacious. Very clean! Very nice! I would definitely stay here again!”

• Fitness center, free wireless Internet, big rooms.
• Limited TV channels, food offerings.

“Great value for when visiting Ottawa. Just two blocks from nice pedestrian mall, and 25 minutes walk to downtown, national art gallery, etc. Big rooms with nice kitchen and friendly staff. Needs more in-hotel dining options.”
