• Great location, fantastic service.
• Service was lacking to seat patrons in restaurant at breakfast despite empty tables.

“Fantastic location in Kanata - close to everything. Comfortable and clean room. Upgraded to a queen suite on the executive floor for $50, included breakfast for 2. Fantastic and fast service generally from all staff. Bit of a problem getting a seat in the restaurant the next morning, despite lots of empty tables, but that was rectified after waiting 15 minutes. The service was great after that.”

• Service and reception was warm and friendly. Very helpful with info about city, attractions etc. When requested extras - more towels etc, very quick.
• Maid should not be knocking on door at 8:00am - we are on holidays - give us a chance to sleep in.

“This hotel is in an excellent location for shopping (directly across from large mall), for restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and only a very short drive to Ottawa. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and the suites are ideal for families. Pool and hot tub are wonderful - salt water and not the strong smell of chlorine. Would highly recommend for leisure traveling etc.”

• The room was very nice, 1 bedroom suite, good layout, new and clean.
• Front desk staff is too attentive, they call each day to see how you are enjoying your stay.

“The hotel was great, and there is no comparison in the Ottawa area. I received a high floor, 1 bedroom suite which was far beyond my expectations. The amenities are great and there are lots of large stores, restaurants and a movie theatre within walking distance. The restaurant at the hotel had good food and great service at a very reasonable price. I did not have a chance to use the pool or other facilities, but I did use the business center, everything was in working order which is unusual for a hotel.”

“Great location, lots of stores beside hotel. Nice bar in hotel and room was excellent. Would stay again in a minute.”
