• Very accommodating - they brought me my own microwave!
• My room did NOT look like the photos for this hotel on the internet.

“Very standard hotel room, utilitarian in design. As a business traveler, it offered everything I needed though - cable, free wireless internet, fridge and microwave.”

• Lobby is always crowded. While rooms are always tidy, they are not always clean.

“The renovated and executive rooms are very nicely decorated and are always tidy. However, they are not always clean, especially the bathroom. The hotel always hosts large groups of travelers including many students. When we were there, there was a large group of students who were hanging out in the hallway and holding up the elevators even though they weren't using them. The front desk staff didn't pay any attention even though people were waiting for the elevator (there were three of them) for more than 5 minute at 11pm.”

• Room next to elevator and ice maker is very noisy.

“Got assigned to a room next to the elevator and ice maker on the 1st night. It was really noisy. After complaining, the hotel staff was nice to change the room for us.”

“I really like the location of the hotel and the room is clean. The room is actually not as nice as the 2 star hotel we stayed in Niagara Falls. Also, the Internet connection is very slow.”

• The bed was too soft.

“It's OK, first night was so-so because the hotel was at full capacity, and there was a lot of family with young children that were making noises after 11:00 pm.”
