• Friendly staff, complimentary business center.
• It's hard to find in the maze of highways out by the airport, small bathroom.

“Friendly staff in a newly renovated building. The common areas are nice with extended amenities in the lobby including a complimentary business center with two computer workstations. The room they put me in was a good size but it is a bit tired and the bathroom is definitely on the small side. The TV was an old clunker with very poor sound. I don't know why they wouldn't invest a few hundred dollars to get a flat screen LCD TV for their rooms as it would certainly encourage more people to view their pay-per-view movies.”

• Housekeeping staff was excellent - helpful, friendly.
• Not informed of local attractions/festivals.

“Even though the front desk staff was courteous, the helpfulness of giving good directions to certain places was not good at all. At one point I was directed to the computer/business area to look up directions myself.”

• Rooms were very clean and cozy. It was close to the airport too.
• Price for parking was excessive.

“Excellent hotel! Very comfortable, staff was friendly and answered all my questions. This is my second time around at this hotel chain and they certainly do not disappoint.”

• Great location. Pool was excellent.
• Need smoking area with bench. High parking fees.

“Our overall stay was more than we expected. All the staff was super friendly, everything was very convenient for us. Lots of wagons for peoples luggage made it that much more convenient since we had brought everything but the kitchen Zink. The hotel provided bottled water, coffee, newspaper, soap, shampoo, and all needed the little accessories people need on a trip. They had complimentary, vitamin water, and candies for the kids at the front desk for all guests. The reason I didn't give it a perfect 10 was because of the early morning fire drill and the parking fees. We will definitely return.”

• Nice room and friendly staff.
• Parking is $12.00 and is expensive.

“The hotel is easy to locate, but parking is not due to construction. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. I had difficulty getting online and called ISP directly. The guy I spoke with had the attitude and could not help me at all. When I called the front desk, they sent a guy who helped me with getting online. Overall, I had a good experience. The only downside is you need to pay $12.00 for parking.”

• I liked the location to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle.
• I did not like that it took me over an hour to get room service.

“This hotel is very close to the Toronto airport and has a 24 hour shuttle. The shuttle is small though and you wait a long time for it. If you don't get there early enough you risk missing out and waiting until the next departure. The amenities are lacking and the room is very small. There is only one restaurant and it also deals with room service orders. So if the restaurant is busy, they will not answer the phone so you cannot get room service. Once you finally get through, it will take at least an hour to get your food delivered (the food was good once I received it though). This is a good economy hotel but there is nothing luxury or deluxe about it.”

• It was close to the airport.
• The hotel had teenagers that were partying late.

“The hotel fit my need but did fall short in a couple expectations. It was me and my son that were traveling. We had the breakfast one day and the food was terrible. The pool room was to humid which did not make it comfortable for my son and me. Lastly and most significantly, the one night the hotel hallway was very loud. Teens were partying and slamming doors. While I am a heavy sleeper, my son isn't so it kept him up and kept waking him up. I had to call down twice to have hotel staff to intervene. The hotel staff did intervene but the damage was already done as my son was awake. Overall it was a satisfactory, but some things could of been improved.”

• Card with TV channels was available, helped with navigating the stations to find shows.
• No free continental breakfast for all. Rude.

• Proximity to my conference destination.
• Expensive and not worth 4 stars at all.

“In a good location with a nice pool. The gym was in poor shape with the only treadmill and elliptical broken. The room was more of a 3 star room than 4. I've stayed at nicer courtyard Marriott that are down a star level. A bit expensive for the star level.”
