“We were looking for a economical priced hotel as we were only staying one night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Only down fall was the dining room had been taken over by new owners and did not have a liquor license so had to shut down earlier in the evening.”

“The hotel was decent. The attached restaurant was horrible. The hotel stay included free breakfast at this restaurant. We ate breakfast there the first day and it seemed a little sloppy, but we didn't think too much of it. Since we were out late we decided to eat there for dinner. The restaurant wasn't very clean, particularly the table. We asked the waiter/manager to have it cleaned and he used a rag that smelled like rotted food. He got it from the kitchen so I can only assume the kitchen was not clean either. The table smelled terribly and we left. At the same time a couple who had ordered takeout had a problem with them and they were having an argument about something they had been given. I spoke to the hotel manager, and he said that they leased the space and couldn't do anything. As it is part of the hotel and they are the ones who provide the complementary breakfast, I thought they should do something about it. If I was in the US, I would have called the local board of health, but I am not sure what the equivalent agency is in Canada.”

“Overall, this hotel was ok for the sole purpose that I was staying over here just to get to the airport on time in the morning due to a snow storm. The room I was given was extremely small, not even enough room for two doubles so I can't imagine how little room would be if I had asked for that. The hotel is a little old but the rooms and washrooms were fairly clean. I locked myself out the first night and the front desk gladly gave me a new key free of charge. Service was very friendly both at the front desk and restaurant. A free breakfast was offered in the morning but unless you ask for it and know about it they will not give you the Vouchers. Hardly worth it anyway you literally get 1 strip of bacon, a small portion of eggs, toast, and Coffee\Orange juice. Would much prefer just a typical continental breakfast over this. Don't expect too much from this Hotel, except for a to sleep in.”

“This hotel is old and dingy. The rooms are very small and stuffy. The hotel is very old. I guess it's good if you're just staying for a night to catch a flight in the morning. I would not recommend.”

“I woke with bites from bed bugs and had to be moved to another room. The hotel was not very clean, especially the bedrooms and bathroom. I would not stay there again. I was disappointed in it! The staff was helpful and friendly though.”

“Airport shuttle driver definitely not considerate, it was cold and windy and we have an old couple waiting with me. The least he could do is to let them get on the bus first. Then his next stop was in Holiday Express and he park at the outside lane which he could have park in front of the hotel and get the people on board. Anyway, I just wish he has more courtesy. Thats all I can say about him. On the other hands, I wish the staff at the front desk can speak proper English as I have been in North America for over 30 years and if I have problem understanding her English, a lot of people will have the same problem.”
