• The beds were very nice.
• The staff
  in the front desk Saturday female.

“I had a complaint with the pool along with other guest and staff girl was very upset and actually got into an argument with me. I thought it was stool and she said it wasn't with out even looking at it. And after wards she waled into the pool and my mother after going into the pool again and grabbing with a towel what we all thought it was stool proof to us that it was a piece of rubber from the pool that was loose.”

• Bad Services.

“Stayed for two nights there. The second day (07/22/06) when I came back to the hotel at 10pm I was surprised to see that the cleaning work was not done at all. I went down to the front desk asking for cleaning but was told that their staff had been home. I then asked for a few clean towels and the front desk lady said rudely that she could not do nothing cause she could not leave the front desk..... That was a bad service I have ever experienced. The hotel facilities were not bad but they were just wasted by the hotel staff.”
