  • The most people working there for their politness and honesty.
  • Everything was fine or better then fine.

“Hotel is clean, fresh and modest. For a price I paid and for 2 star hotel I cannot say nothing but it fulfilled all expectations. However, as far as people must say very friendly, helpful and fair. Thanks for their hard work and honest attitude. I would highly recommended it to anyone except those who want 5 star hotel for 2 star price.”

  • Poor shuttle service from airport. Bed sheets are not clean.

“Staff is very incapable. I waited one hour at the airport before I was picked up by the service shuttle. The room is not clean and smells smoke. The bed sheets smell smoke. They charged 5 dollars for the shuttle to send me back to the airport. I will never stay at this hotel again.

  • The staff, a supervisor - was very rude and unprofessional. we were treated very badly.

  • Decent price, okay location.
  • No hot water for shower.

“When I got there, there was one receptionist and she was so slow. The 3 other people in line and I just looked at each other and sighed. It took >30mins just to check in and get a room key! Once in the room, there were chips strewn about the bed and no remote for the TV, so I called down and they provided another room. In this room, I was about to take a shower later at night, only to find that there was no hot water; it was either freezing cold water or really cold water. I only needed to rest for a few hours, but needless to say. I was not impressed with this establishment.”

  • Air conditioning worked well, staff was helpful and friendly.
  • Smoking rooms made hallways and stairwells stink.

  • Nothing. Will never stay here again and will from now on book my rooms on Travelocity to avoid another experience like this.
  • Did not like anything about this hotel. It was filthy.

  • Needs updating, internet week, carpet and chairs dirty.

“If your looking for a cheap nights stay, it is o.k. but needs updating. Very week internet signal and phone buzz's in your ear. Carpets and chairs were dirty. Probably good for sports teams but don't take your wife their.”

  • On two separate occasions I booked a shuttle to the airport with the desk clerk. In both cases the booking was not made.

“This is fine for two stars, clean and well-run with friendly staff. I found the desk clerks helpful, but they did have trouble booking shuttle reservations, for some reason. I don't like paying $5.00 for the airport shuttle. I did not try the restaurant. The location, 15-20 minutes from the airport, was a disadvantage. I prefer something closer. The shuttle driver (an Indo-Canadian) who picked me up at the airport was busy talking (In Hindi or some such language) on his cell phone the entire trip, which was a little annoying, but the next two times I took the shuttle it was a different man who was okay.”

  • Friendly staff. Clean, accessible, nice setting, liked the business computer for patrons.
  • $1.00 a minute long distance calling.

“It was of equal quality (even though it doesnt have a pool or weight room) as the holiday inn where a co-worker stayed for twice the money.”

  • Available, good location.
  • Didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Staying 2 days and they gave me a key card that expired the next day, (Pet Peeve of mine).

“It took over 45 mins for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up at the airport, after talking to a very unpleasant front desk lady. We then found out that they were the only airport hotel that charged for their shuttle. 5 dollars per person added $20 for our stay. (The hotels called Toronto airport west should almost be in another area category because of the distance relative to the regular airport hotels) when we arrived, the front desk lady (a supervisor) continued to be rude. She confirmed a double smoking room for us which we did not book.”

  • Absolutely nothing I checked in and left after an hour.
  • Attention to cleanliness&

“I cannot as I checked in to my room and could not stand the odor (rot), the bathroom floor was so spongy it felt as if it were covering up rotting plywood, when I went to bed I could not sleep contacted a business partner and he invited me to stay with him. The following morning I gathered my things and checked out, totally disgusted.”
