• Poor equipped, staffs are not friendly as others.

“Comparing to other hotels have been stayed in past years, this is the worst. Poorly equipped, not so friendly staffs and even price is not low as I thought for this kind of hotel.”

• It was 4 minutes away from our competition site.
• The staff was not nice and did not care that they had messed up and given us a smoking room. Refused to make any changes.

“If you need a convenient place to stay with respect to the Hershey Centre, you have found it.”

• Bad internet connection in room. No room service.

“Overall, my stay was fine except for I was wanting to order room service and was denied. After a long, busy day, I didn't want to leave the hotel. I called the specific extension, that was never answered. The front desk said that the restaurant was closed. It was 8 PM.”

• I wished that some sort of continental breakfast was included.

“For the price, it was a good deal. It was clean, and seemed well maintained. However, I was not immediately "wowed" with any extras.”

• Cheap, friendly staff, great room.
• No indoor pool.

“It was a great stay. Everything was extremely fast and the folks were very friendly. The rooms were clean and very nice. Didn't expect a king size bed! A shame there wasn't an indoor pool for those itching for an after sunset swim but overall it was a great experience.”

• The place was very clean and good atmosphere.
• It was really noisy at some point in the middle of the night. People were shouting and screaming the floor higher than us.

• The hotel was clean, comfy and good location.
• Pool was outside, room felt empty.

“This hotel is in a good location, has a very nice bed (one of the best I have slept on!), and the hotel was very clean. However, I found the room was empty, it could've had a pullout couch.”

• Very nice room with a king sized bed.
• No indoor pool or hot tub.

“Very nice hotel with very nice rooms, but a bit out of the way. Facilities generally very well kept, although hotel lacked certain amenities I would have expected with a 3-star hotel such as an indoor pool/hot tub or a complimentary breakfast.”

“Too noisy, staff are not friendly, do not have a w/c in the lobby, overall evaluation very poor compared to other hotel. For sure I will not consider staying with this hotel in the future.”
