• Hotel is good enough to sleep in.
• Hotel looks dirty and under budgeted by the owner. Not your typical holiday inn.

“There was hair on the bathtub, and there was a brown spot on top of the fridge. Not wiped down by cleaners, stayed there for two nights.”

• It was decent for the price, and close to the highway
• the pool was outdoors

“Not the greatest of all hotels, but for the price, the rooms are decent. The only downside was the pool was an outdoor pool and it wasnt warm enough to use it.”

• Has a small fridge and microwave in room; heated bath room floor.
• Air conditioning unit is very old and noisy.

“It is great to have a small fridge and microwave in room; also like the heated bath room floor. Staff is nice and friendly. I asked for a room wiht 2 double beds, they reserve for me. Overall, feel maybe a bit old. Air conditioning unit is very old and noisy. Bathroom could use some more renovation.”

• I was not too keen about going there, but, it was OK.
• Security wasn't top notch, but alright.

“In general, the hotel was nice, it's just that we usually stay at the Marriott, and they don't compare. Overall, it was surprisingly good, and the staff was quite friendly. Parking lot was well lit up, and relatively clean.”

• Close location to Hershey Centre, no parking fee.
• No pool.

“Beds were very comfy, however they were only doubles making it very small for two teenage boys. Room itself was very small.”

• Very easy to get to from 401 (major highway).
• Dinner we had wasn't that tasty!

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location ideal for travelers and close to nearby restaurants and not far from major shopping mall. Room was large, very clean and bed most comfortable. Free internet.”

• Upscale, convenient and superbly located relative to airport and major highways 403, 407, 401 and 10.
• No free breakfast but they did keep a plate of apples at the front desk.

“A clean, well-managed upscale hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Equipped with exercise room, pool, restaurant and located close to Square 1 and other shopping and with quick access to highways 10,401,403, and 407. Short drive to or from Pearson (YYZ) airport.”

• Small room, carpet looks dirty.

“We extended the check out time to 1:30, however, the cleaner keep coming in since 10am. The front desk should communicate with the cleaner about client's check out time.”

• Good beds, location.
• The room I had was near the lobby, heard all outdoor noise all night and day.

“I've stayed here many times before and loved it. However, this by far was the worst, I was in my room which is near the main parking lot/lobby and you could hear people talking while smoking outside, going on the shuttle and everything! It was awful.”

• Friendly and accommodating staff. Went out of their way to be helpful.
• There was a bug in the room the first night. No fridge, microwave.

“Simple hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. Went out of their way to help with a smile. Conveniently located.”

• Convenient location for an out of town wedding, extremely accommodating.
• In the middle of renovating.

• The hotel was clean, people were friendly and helpful. Timely clean up, internet service, they offered baked goods, fruit in the evening.
• For the price and what I needed it for was fine.

• Employee was professional and very helpful.
• The room was not very clean.

“It seemed the hotel was kind of falling apart. The staff put us in a wheelchair accessible room. The room was too small and bathroom had no counter space. It was very inconvenient. We had to go to the 4th floor for ice. 3rd floor wasn't working, but any out of order sign.”
