• Helpful staff, good room service.
• House keeping staff needs improvement.

“Hotel is under remodel so a little messy. Great staff. Housekeeping staff needs more direction. Will stay there again.”

“My husband and children and I recently stayed at the above hotel and had an absolutely awful experience. The website and the ad are very misleading, says $3 million dollar Health & Wellness center, it was so dirty and run down it was awful. The guest services became very rude when asked questions over the phone. There was no toilet paper or Kleenex in the bathroom both rooms were very dirty! The carpet on the hallway floor was all bunched/rolled up, I could go on forever. The radiator front panel had broken off and was barely hanging on, the ceiling had a huge crack and looked like it would fall in. The toilet was all rust on the back of the seat. The floors were full of obvious dust. The pool was filthy dirty and tiles were missing along the edge. I feel we were truly taken advantage of and it has left a very bad impression of what Ramada used to be.”

• Restaurant is good. Good prices, good food.
• All pop machines are broken in this hotel, you have to go outside to get a pop, or bottle of water.

“The Spa is opened only on weekends, and generally by appointment only. The "bar" is only opened Fri. & sat nights. The weight room needs help. The pool needs a resurfacing. The third floor needs new carpet in the hallway. The security guy is an ass! Loud, rude, and whinny! Who hired this kid? He needs to grow-up before he tries to hold a full-time job. He is suspicious of every person who walks in through the front doors. He started a fight with a guy on the third floor, and woke me up, he was screaming so loudly.”

• The room was clean and spacious.
• The restaurant was closed and there was any water in the vending machines.

“We were only there one night arriving late and leaving early. We would have liked to have eaten in the hotel restaurant but by the time we check in and went to our room it had just closed. It would have been nice if we had been told that the restaurant would be closing shortly, when we check-in.”
