• Very convenient location, nice rooms.
• Small exercise room given hotel size.

“Nice hotel convenient to airport and highways. Parking can be a challenge, but other wise, very good place to stay, especially if proximity to airport is important. Great restaurants all around the area.”

• Good location. Attractive decor. Salt water pool, hot tub & sauna, clean and adequate room.
• Paid parking and areas of the parking lot not well lit at night.

• Was close to the international center where we were working for the weekend.
• They issued a key to our room to someone else well we were sleeping and that person entered our room.

“Hotel was clean and conveniently located for where we had to be but the hotel is getting a little tired and was no as good as the Marriot.”

• Close to airport, free shuttle, average size rooms.
• Nothing, it was adequate for my needs.

“The Holiday Inn select is located less than a 5 minute shuttle from Pearson airport, which is free and runs every 15 minutes. The room was average size, recently renovated, clean, and fairly standard. The pool area looked nice, which the lobby overlooked. Overall, a solid three star establishment.”

• Proximity to airport.
• Water leak by bathroom caused carpet to be soaking wet and was not attended to in a prompt manner.

“Location is great as was room. This was until a service person knocked on our doot to advise us of a water leak. We asked them to come back in a few minutes, as we were just getting settled. We then found that we could not walk into the bathroom without walking over a soaking wet carpet. We called a few times to try and get someone to comeback. By the time they did it was 11PM, they then offered for us to change rooms. By then we just wanted to go to sleep as we had an early morning flight.”

• It was very enjoyable.

“It certainly met my expectations. The pool was very nice and the exercise room was also nice. The staff was very helpful and professional.”

• Not enough selections on the television, no NCAA sports.

• Swimming pool.
• Poor air conditioning. Stopped working twice in the room + expensive parking fees.

“There was a problem with the air condition all the time. First two nights were Ok the third one the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. They fixed then it started to heat rather than cool after few hours! I hesitant to go back to that hotel just because of the AC. I believe that the hotel needs maintenance it is a bit old! The manager on duty did his best to fix the problem and to make us happy.”

• Our bar tender Dennis was fantastic!
• The bathrooms were so small you couldn't move around well.

“The bathroom was extremely small. There was no vanity area for make-up so I had to put my make-up on in the bathroom. This held up our evening because you couldn't fit two people in the bathroom.”

• The pillows and the beds are the best!
• Need to update their work out equipment.

“This is a great place to stay, relax and get a great night sleep. The beds/pillows are the best. The indoor pool was nice and warm, most hotels don¿t keep their indoor pool heated appropriately but this one does.”

• Front desk staff extremely accommodating.
• Late lunch in the bar over priced for what we got.

“This is a well situated hotel near the Toronto person int'l airport. Rooms are well proportioned and well appointed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle operates every 15 minutes and is clean and spacious. Excellent value for money.”
