• It was well located for my needs.
• Room esthetics and lighting were awful as was the pool cleanliness.

“It felt like this hotel had gone through a war. A note in the elevator said every floor was under construction but it really looked like it was just an excuse for bad maintenance. If they were renovating, it should be done one floor at a time. The pool had grime around the tiles and was not remotely attractive. The room looked like a white box with little furniture, fridge on the floor and bad lighting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Well equipped, great location, easy to get everywhere from there.
• The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well from the last guest.

“Overall very happy with the room for the price. Room had a weird smell in it when we arrived possibly partly cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room/floor. Possibly it was a smoking room at some point as renovations were happening on the upper floors.”

• Free shuttle service, nice affordable restaurant on premise.
• Rooms were a little small.

• The hotel was very clean. The Staff was excellent. The hotel was in a great location outside of the downtown area.
• I found nothing wrong with our stay.

“This was a great location, a short 10 minute drive to Islington Subway Station. The 24 Casino/Race Track was right across the street, as well as a large mall for shopping, currency exchange, or a quick bite of fast food. The staff was very friendly and gave us directions and answered all of our questions. There was a free internet accessible computer. The hotel is very close to the major highways and provided free parking for our car. The area around the hotel is very safe and clean with a diverse cultural feel. Thank you for such a great stay.”
