• Really close to the Airport, nice staff, very good service.

“This hotel met all my expectation, easy to drive to the airport, close to shopping outlets, and good restaurant in the area, very nice staff.”

• Updated.
• Bad area.

“The hotel was great. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The room was renovated and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. The only problem was there was alot of rift raft in the hotel, meaning: drunken people, people using fowl language etc. Didn't appear to be that good of an area.
”

• Air conditioning was not turned on; maintenance was very quick to resolve request.
• Smelled like mold. Had breathing problems throughout weeklong stay due to poor cleanliness of hotel room.

“Good for budget travelers; not the best hotel for folks who want to hang out downtown. About 30 min from downtown and parking costs downtown or taxi costs get expensive. Would recommend if trying to save money and don't need to be downtown a lot.”

• Convenient to get to. Just off the highway.
• Had smoking floors.

“Convenient location if you have a car - just off the highway. They have a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport if you call the hotel. The smell of smoke emanated into the elevators. Rooms were nice and clean.

• The service was the only thing acceptable at this hotel.
• The quality of the room is very bad, the overall quality and standard of the hotel is way less than a 2.5 star.

“This hotel lacked a lot of quality although its name is quality hotel. Beds were not comfortable, and the overall appearance of rooms and washroom was not up to a 3 star rating hotel. I was surprised when this hotel was as of equal value to the Marriott in the Toronto airport area. It was very surprising for me when I entered the hotel and found out how poor the overall appearance is. Besides that and most important, the area where the hotel is located is one of the worst I have been to.”

• The mattress was extremely firm and water pipes made noise through the night.

“Overall the hotel met my expectations. The front desk staff was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. The shuttle service to the airport was very much appreciated.”

• New carpets on floor.
• View.

“When looking for the ice machine, the housekeeping staff told me it was only on the 5th floor (we were on the 10th). I have extreme allergies, getting off on the smoking floor was horrible, so I rushed to get the ice. When meeting another staff they said the ice was on 5, 7, 9th floors tool Overall the hotel was okay. Upon departure, the staff was extremely slow.”

• Comfortable room setting - Easy access, quite, Internet access.
• The elevators smelled terrible - Smokers at main entrance, poor access to parking lot.

“Overall, it was clean, staff was courteous, and it was comfortable. I liked the access to the main highway, and the visibility from the highway.”

• It was out away from restaurants and convenience stores.

“The staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant had a limited menu but the food was good. Its right off the 401. Had to drive about 5 miles to get to nearest convenient store or other restaurants.”

• Great location right off the expressway, close to airport.
• No free continental breakfast. Fan didn't cool room enough.

“Comfortable, clean, quiet room, reasonably attractive decor. I liked the large window and it had a great view. Restaurant at the hotel, but no free continental breakfast. Air conditioning unit was inadequate and very noisy.”

• They forgot my wake up call almost missed flight, I called and told them to hold the shuttle no apology.

“Would stay again, Was coming back from Punta, can a great hotel if you just need a roof overnight.”

• A/c in room was very noisy going on and off.

“Something about the way lobby is set up feels "cold" and unfriendly. When walking to parking area (behind hotel), there is no sidewalk (and no rear exit of hotel either). The result is you have to walk in the area where cars are moving. Does not feel as safe as it could.”

• The food was good.
• The airport shuttle was unreliable. I waited 2 hours for pickup.

“The hotel was rundown. All the carpets were stained and needed replacing. The vending machines accepted only credit cards that are a good thing. Unfortunately, I had to visit 6 different floors to find one that worked. The hotel was noisy. It was un a bad neighborhood and there was nothing witching walking distance. I paid for my incidentals at checkout with a credit card I did not use to secure ire prepay the room.”

• The hotel had everything I needed and was very accessible to public transit and the airport.
• I had to request several internet access codes because they expired every day.

“The room service food was good, although the selection was very limited. I was very pleased with the access the hotel has to public transit. There is also a major highway up the street and a Wal-Mart shopping center with walking distance. There didn't seem to be very many restaurants in the area, however.”
