• It was beautiful, and almost luxury.
• My bath tub plug wouldn't come out and, they charged me 1.50 for a local phone call.

“They should have free parking for guests, or make it so you can come and go in your vehicle, without paying $5 to come and go. Although this hotel was beautiful and I loved it!”

• The gym facility was excellent, fresh damp towels in refrigerator a nice touch.
• Front desk staff uninformed of local area, sent me to liquor boutique, and nearly got mugged.

“Loved the room, beds extremely comfortable, gym facilities exceeded my expectation, located inside a shopping mall, a great place to stay in Edmonton.”

• Jacuzzi tub.
• Dirty showerhead.

“This is a great hotel located downtown inside Edmonton City Centre mall. It's within walking distance of restaurants and pubs outside the mall and the mall has a few as well. There are movie theatres in the mall. The room windows face inside the mall. Great Jacuzzi!”

• Clean and well-equipped suite with very comfortable bedroom. Excellent room service food quality and speed.
• No exterior windows, no natural light. Only windows overlooked closed/dark shopping mall space.

“Recommended for business travelers. Suites are clean and well equipped, front desk service is very good and room service food is excellent and quick. Our suite had no natural light, with windows only in the bedroom that overlooked closed retail mall space. Comfortable and functional for short stays.”

• Great layout, and the Jacuzzi tub was amazing.
• Parking - brand new car got dinged up in parkade, front desk people were not very helpful in telling us who we should contact
