“The Comfort Inn in Brockville has no wheelchair accessibility! they have indicated that they can adapt a room for a handicap person. However, the bathroom chair is old and with no wheelchair or scooter accessibility, a person has to have some mobility to get into the room. That is if the room is on the first floor.

This is not acceptable for any hotel. the Location of this Inn suits my purpose at this time. However we will not use this hotel again nor will I recommend it until it is adjusted for all people. this does not reflect well on your hotel chain.”
