• Staff was friendly and very helpful, and made our stay very enjoyable. They are very professional and welcoming.
• Some of the younger staff do not have good social skills with the public.

“The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping facilities. The entertainment for the children is great. There is stuff for the very young, the in between and the older, everyone has something. It's very clean, and the atmosphere makes you you feel welcomed and safe. No matter what your question, it's answered with a smile. The food is great and so is the service. Children eat free making it very worthwhile for the parents. Thanks for the many great experiences!”
