• The location - close to restaurants - was excellent and the suite was spacious and comfy.
• Parking wasn't on site but it wasnt a problem.

“The staff was courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and offered a nice view. A full complimentary breakfast was included as well.”

• Having a suite with a "living room" was great.
• Toilet seat bolt covers were missing. It was gross looking.

“Decent location, we went for the nightlife, but it is right on the edge of the dumpy part of town. I would not feel safe alone. Accommodating, big room, which was nice because we were staying for more than one night. Parking was reasonably priced.”

• The size of the room.
• No pool or sauna.

“I thought the hotel rooms were excellent and the location was good if you are traveling over to Detroit. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately no pool or sauna in the hotel.”

• It was a good price and the rooms were very big.
• It was a party hotel with people in the halls partying until 4 in the morning.

“It was a nice room and had good staff but the partying in the halls both nights we were there was a bit excessive and people were knocking on the doors and asking for beer at 3 in the morning.”

• Location.
• Additional fees for everything including parking, additional people in room, etc.

“Finally, I feel as though I was robbed on this trip. I booked a room for 2 people, brought sleeping bags for an additional 2 people realizing that I might get only one bed. When I told the hotel that I had 4 people in my room, they charged me an additional. This raised the price of the room by 50%!”

• Clean, close to Downtown area, setting is great.
• Too many kids in their 20's making noise.

“It was a really nice hotel to stay at, I like the room setting, and this is what I would like to have next time I'm out of town.”

• Well appointed, good room design, loved the French doors.
• Cramped lobby area, but still nice.

“Staff was very helpful and nice. Close to downtown with free shuttle service to casino and other hotels. The suite was very nice and well lay out. I would recommend it highly to friends.”

• The rooms were nice in size, and the location and view were great.
• The room furniture looked old and dated, and there was nowhere to park the car without paying big money.

“I would not give it a recommendation; they need to update the room furniture. The hallways have old carpeting along with the room carpeting. It is a nice hotel it just needs updating.”

• Good location to downtown and Detroit. Close to all downtown attractions.
• No restaurant.

“Free internet, good location. Recommend for travelers to Detroit. Safe everywhere. 15 minutes work to casino. 5 minutes to tunnel.”

• We were treated very nicely by the front desk. The rooms were very clean we were very satisfied.
• No restaurant.

• Vicinity to border tunnel and downtown action.
• Parking charge is $10.

“Overall a great experience. We got upgraded to a suite with separate bedroom. Great location! Park across the street for$3.”

• The suite was a nice surprise. Nice layout of room. Excellent staff.
• Nothing.

“My wife and I enjoyed staying here for one night. The hotel front lobby is small, but the room was large, clean and had a very nice bed and pillows (a pleasant surprise). Two TVs in the room made it easy for us to watch different shows. Front desk attendant was excellent. Location is two blocks from downtown, so close to many restaurants. I recommend it highly for the price.”

• Quiet and well maintained. Very adequate accommodations.
• Restaurant at the hotel was closed - did miss the feature of onsite eating choices.

• Great location, friendly staff, excellent rooms.
• No breakfast, no diner to eat.

“This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay for a small family. It has a microwave, fridge, plates/silverware, 2 TVs, nice dining table. The staff is very friendly, everything in downtown Windsor is less than a 10 minute walk.”

• It was a suite with curtained door separating it from the living room.
• No microwave or refrigerator, which I usually expect in a suite.

“The room was much nicer than I would have expected after seeing the outside of the hotel. A microwave would have made it even better.”
