• Loved the 2 queen room private bedroom and real bed not sofa bed for kids.
• Nothing.

“My husband and I took our two daughters there for a little get away. We were so impressed with this hotel we will never stay any where else in Victoria. We had the 2 queen bed room, one was in a private bedroom the other was in the living area with a desk, table and chairs and sofa and a balcony with windows that opened. The pool area is beautiful, with lots of towels and shampoo in the change room. It is close to the parliament buildings and behind the empress. This hotel was way better than some of the more expensive ones in Victoria.”

• Location and clean provided coffee and restaurants.
• Provided room to undesirable people very noisy who were asked to leave thank goodness.

“Next time I stay will ask for a deluxe room on the 10th floor.”
