• Fairly convenient location to downtown.
• Dirty, dingy, and poorly kept.

“The place was dingy, unkempt, and dirty. Beer bottles and worse lying on the outside walkways, the room was dingy and dirty. My daughter and I arrived late and wanted to fall into bed. The sheets were dingy. There was no blanket at all for the bed. The bedspread was unspeakably dirty and stained. The bathroom was just this side of dirty. We choose not to even shower there in the morning. The front office is cramped and cluttered. The front desk staff tried to be helpful but appeared depressed with their work. The parking situation is poor; access to the hotel is not easy. There are several other "Travelers Inns in Victoria. On the strength of this one, I would never try another.”

• The location was good for both getting into Victoria and for leaving town. Lots of brochures in lobby.
• Room smelled like smoke, no air-conditioner so had to leave the window open. No elevator. Mattress was of poor quality.

“I expected this hotel to be a budget hotel so I wasn't surprised that it looked a little worn. I didn't like the smell of smoke and the burn holes in the blanket in my non-smoking room. Bed was a king but head board had fabric which is a little scary because it was stained. Good location.”

• Brand new bed and furniture, floor newly refinished.
• Lobby cramped and old.

“I'd stay there again.”

• There were 2 king beds in the room.
• They started painting while we were there and we had to go way around to get upstairs.

“Not recommended. The hotel clerk told us it wasn't a safe neighborhood. The kitchen attached to our room was dirty and the sheets and bedspreads in our room seemed old and dirty.”

• Location.
• Mold.

“Moldy smell throughout the room (probably stemming from the air exchanger). Tough bed. I wouldn't go back, even as a utility 'rack' between flights.”

• It was easy to get to.
• The a/c didn't work and the bed sagged in the middle. The hotel was a bit run down.

“Also, the air conditioning didn't work and the summer heat is starting so, I had to leave the windows open until I went to sleep and had to close them (someone could easily break in otherwise as the windows were only a few feet off the floor). the location wasn't bad, though it was away from the main part of downtown. It was quiet.”

• Nothing good, doesn't meet our expectation.
• Poor service, tacky furnace, walls, linens, small room, ac not working.

“Hotel doesn't meet our expectation. It rated as 2 1/2 stars, but really it doesn't meet even 1 star. In advertisement presented as hotel that has ac in each room. Ac really presented, but doesn't work. Then we asked for repair or room replacement, the answer was "this is in all rooms, a/c doesn't work, we can propose a fan for you room". Continue. Fan was never getting our room. Tomorrow morning we catch sight of tens ventilator out side near the stockroom. Same thing with plug for bathtub.”

• The worst experience.
• No cooperation for even what we paid. No courtesy at all.

“Will recommend not staying at this hotel. Staff was worst than any other facility. Bed was in rotten condition, if I turn around, it makes noise and partner get disturbance too. (Shaking bed). No microwave or fridge in the room. Asked staff. They refuse to put the stuff in their own fridge. Asking for direction - did not reply & said "I do not know".”

• It's location.
• No internet hooks up in rooms, no hair dryer, and few amenities.

“This hotel advertises itself as comparable in quality to much nicer hotels. It advertised itself as having internet, pool, spa, etc., but none of that was available. There was no internet hookup in the rooms, no hairdryer, few amenities, and no place to eat on site. I won't go there again.”

• Nothing. Nothing at all. Should receive a 1/2 star rating.
• Everything. Terrible. Worst hotel experience ever.

“I am requesting a refund. This hotel had no TV or internet. The rooms were unkept. The beds were made of cheap foam. The walls were paper thin. The clientele was awful. The location was terrible. I can't find anything good to say.”
