The Best Western Gold Rush Inn is the only Best Western property in the Yukon Territory. Located in the Northwest of Canada, immediately east of Alaska in Yukon's Capital City, Whitehorse, only two hours from Vancouver by daily jet service.

By highway, up the famous Alaska Highway, pass through pristine wilderness surrounded by mountains and valleys and see numerous wild animals like deer, moose and bear en route. The Best Western Gold Rush Inn, decorated in 1898 Klondike Gold Rush Era motif, is situated right downtown, within walking distance from most tourist attractions, business and shopping areas. It is a full service, 24-hour hotel featuring 101 deluxe rooms. Each room is equipped with remote controlled color television with 33 channels, coffee maker, hairdryer, refrigerator and the usual Best Western bathroom amenities. We have high-speed Internet access in some rooms as well as a kiosk available in our lobby for a minimal charge. Fridge in room.
Extremely noisy and parking lot unsafe - noisy nightclub next door.

“I did not feel safe in the parking lot - warnings about not leaving stuff in car due to break-ins. Extremely noisy location - next to popular nightclub. I would not recommend this hotel to others.”

House Keeping staff was excellent.
It never got dark and the curtains let in a little light. It was tolerable though.

“Hotel was up to par for a Best Western. Room was very clean and a decent size. The bath was very clean and the towels and linens were fresh. There was a good selection of TV channels. House keeping staff was excellent. My daughter left behind an item and house keeping staff made certain that is was returned in the mail. House keeping staff was very helpful and instrumental in the return of the item. She went way beyond her job to return the item. My thanks to all the staff for the return of the item. Today a little Girl is very happy due to their efforts.”
