• It was a suite with French doors great because of our 11-year-old.
• We only wish it had an indoor heated pool.

“This is one of our two favorite hotels in the Oshawa-Whitby Area. If it had a indoor heated pool it would be perfect. The suite is lovely with a fridge, microwave and additional sink for doing dishes. It has 2 TV sets and French doors for a little privacy when the children want to watch TV. The continental breakfast is a cut above most others.”

• Nice quick breakfast area in the morning, hot water.
• Nothing. Small exercise room.

“Great, have stayed there many times and love the people, like home away from home and service is awesome, great breakfast, laundry facilities, close to everything, one of the best hotel experiences ever, and the dog loves it there too.”

• Other than the breakfast this was great value for the price.
• Breakfast.

• We got a decent size suite with king size bed, microwave, fridge, 2 TVs, clean bright and spacious, great breakfast for a continental.
• Nothing.

“For the star rating it was excellent! This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I was expecting a regular room with double beds, no couch/microwave/fridge/dining room table, but it had them all and a king size bed. More than we needed for a one night stay, but it was a pleasant surprise to have such a spacious room (well... suite). Would definitely return if in the area.”

• It was clean, spacious and conveniently located.
• It was a non smoking room but upon entering there was an odor.

“Quality suites located in whitby are clean, well maintained and equipped to comfortably accommodate guests. The staff is friendly and makes guests feel welcome.”

• Location is somewhat remote between two exits on a service road.

• Far beyond our expectations, it was for a funeral and it was a very class act.
• There was nothing about the experience I could complain about.

“I have traveled quite a bit in Canada, and I found the staff here to be as good as those at some of the finer hotels in Toronto and Vancouver. The facility was spotless, decor was very up to date, location was perfect for us and it was an overall great experience. I would recommend this hotel.”
