• Comfortable beds and pillows.
• No dinner restaurant and no free continental breakfast.

“I've stayed at Courtyards all over the state of Pennsylvania - they have always included free continental breakfasts. This one did not and the breakfast menu was astronomically expensive. In addition, since Courtyard's restaurant did not serve dinner, "room service" came from the restaurant next door to the hotel. This restaurants prices were already high with very small portion sizes and courtyard added an additional dollar to each and every item on Mr. Greeks menu - so we just walked the 20 feet to the restaurant and ate there.”

• Staff not familiar with area not family friendly, additional charges for parking car.

“Comfortable and clean, great for business travel. Not accommodating for family travel, staff not helpful with sightseeing info for downtown Toronto.”

“As a person who goes to a lot of hotels, I find that this hotel worth my money, time, and stay. Every amenity that I expected was there and was also in good clean, working conditions I expected them to be. This hotel I would rate as in the 90th percentile of all of the hotels I have been in.”
