“The hotel was upper scale but has shown signs of getting dated. The underground parking was under construction, but that will hopefully be completed soon. Overall hotel was great for the price”

“Clean first class hotel centrally located to all that Toronto has to offer. Having said that, their underground parking was horribly confusing with improper sign age.”

“Hilton Toronto is in a great location for sightseeing and business. It's great if you want to use public transportation and walk downtown. There are almost no free amenities from the hotel (phone calls, breakfast, etc). The concierge was new, so she did not know anything about the area. The hotel should put an experienced local in that position.”

“Overall a very nice stay. As above, don't even bother with breakfast at the restaurant. The area was safe and nice but not really in the center of all the action.”

“We arrived early. They booked us in right away and provided us a room facing the CN Tower as requested. Only issue room was already waiting for another guest. It was smelly and somewhat old. Went back to the front desk, asked for a newer room. Accommodated without question. Next room was great. Still facing the CN tower as first requested. They didn't vacuum everyday we were there. But everything else was great.”

“Rooms were luxurious and hotel is very clean and modern. We ate in the bar - food was super and healthy - had choices that were not typical pub fare. Also great downtown location.”

“Situated perfectly in downtown Toronto, close to everything we needed. We wish we could have used the gym and pool area, but ran out of time. We also didn't get to enjoy the restaurants in the hotel. A lovely view. Very comfortable room with a lovely bathroom.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in an extremely convenient location, had staff that quickly attended to my needs, and had excellent views from the rooms and scenic elevators. There was quick access to the subway, taxis, and path. The only downfall was the parking garage - while it was convenient, and my car was filthy when I left from the garage being power washed.”

“Hotel standard is high, views from rooms high up are impressive but the layout of the hotel takes some of the cosiness away. Friendly ad very helpfully staff.”

“Hilton is a great chain however this one is lacking some amenities from a 4 star hotel. Being a preferred Hilton rewards member, I can usually expect at least a newspaper in the morning. There are no discounted parking (beware, no tall vehicles in their public parking i.e. my Land Rover), no free internet (not even in the lobby), no breakfast vouchers ($30 for breakfast and internet access per person, per night). Other than those inconveniences, great room, beautiful view, great location.”

“This hotel offers a great location and impressive entrance. The room I stayed in was tired but the front desk staff did warn me that I would not be staying in one of their recently renovated rooms. The hotel restaurant had great food but it seemed expensive. The bed was comfortable.”

“Excellect location, very spacious, and comfortable, so room wise I highly recommended it. I stayed here for 5 nights, and ordered room service everyday, but seriously everything except the ones from the Tundra restaurant, they were literally inedible. Burgers are dry, pizzas are salty, room service staff was also very rude.”

“Fire engines blasted their horns 5-6 times during the night. My sleep was not restful.”
