• The beds were comfortable, the location was good.
• The service was terrible; the staff was arrogant and useless.

“First of all, they overprice even the keys - you get two keys per room. $30 for every key. We had to go back several times after finding ours were de-magnetized. That was very annoying. The fruit tastes as if it had been left out for a very long time, so did the coffee. The pool (or so they call it), consists of a hot tub and a training tub. They're very strict on towels (you're not allowed any extra) and their maid service occasionally forgets to make the beds and throw out the bags of garbage they tie up. When they clean the pool they forget about it and the workers at the entrance seem to have no idea what the maintenance are doing, totally clueless as to when it'll be finished, etc. The staff don't take any responsibility for anything wrong that happens, neither do they apologize. They're very pushy about their restaurant. But the TV's are a good size (there's two!), the beds are comfortable, the fitness room is good. If you only need a place to mainly sleep, watch TV, exercise, this is a good place. But you could probably find somewhere cheaper.”
