• The kids liked the pool.
• Some of it was small, quite old and outdated.

• Town not too pity.

“I could say the hotel was at least reasonable, generally quite friendly. Nevertheless I was not impressed with my trip to Truro. I settled in Halifax and wanted to see another city in Nova Scotia and was told about it. It does have some nice Victorian houses and a nice park, however I find the town very flat, and extremely commercialized in its general appearance in most places if not with a slight industrial, agricultural (uncosmopolitan sort of general feel). It seems like the hotels are just about the most exciting thing in it. I could not suggest this town as a picturesque or beautiful place, unfortunately for whoever may be wondering.”
