• All areas were run down, dirty, cigarette butts in the pool area.

“The hotel did not meet our expectations. The pictures from the website were very misleading. The pool area was filthy, the pool and water slide were not heated, and the fitness equipment was removed and replaced with cigarette butts and beer bottle caps! The beds were very uncomfortable and cold air rushed in through the doors and windows.”

“This hotel was not very clean. I was at the restaurant 1 minute after nine and there was nothing left. The attendant didn't care or try to help at all. I was not impressed I have stayed in several hotels this was one of the worst experience I have had.”

• It had a water slide-( which you should advertise).
• The questioning from the A.M. desk operator (I was in a big hurry).

“It was a great hotel, close to the sky train station. It has a pool, water slide and exercise equipment, and a good continental breakfast.”
