• It was reasonable value for money and easily reached by public busses.
• Too far from the centre to be reached on foot.

• Friendly hotel staff, large room, bus stop in front of the hotel. McDonald's across from the street.
• It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to downtown.

• I liked the staff the most. They were the most helpful and courteous. The location wasn't the best, but they helped us figure our way around.
• They had a grout problem in the shower stall that was very obvious. Other than that, the bed mattress was weak and lumpy.

“Overall, I liked this hotel. If I couldn't find a nicer hotel to stay in, Id choose this one again. The location wasn't that great, but the staff helped me and my companions find our way around Vancouver in the easiest and safest way possible. They had grout problems in the shower and the beds were a bit saggy and lumpy, but overall, it was an ok hotel for our 2 night stay. The walls were paper thin, but we felt safe enough. The room was larger than I expected which was nice. And again, the staff was really good to us.”

• The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was superb and friendly.
• Limited parking.

“Easy access of Canada highway 1, and centrally located. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was superb, being friendly, courteous, and able to answer any questions we had about the area. The parking area, while not spacious, was secure, with spaces sufficiently wide to open the car doors.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Location was way out of town, going through the worst part of Vancouver--drug people, street people everywhere. Not close to activities or sites.

“Very disappointed that the price changed. Price seemed to change at will. We thought the price would remain the same through out our stay. The sheets never stayed on the bed!! They would be in a wad in the a.m. We got up in night and fixed the sheets! Disgusting. Also, tub had long black hair on wall and tub bottom. I had to clean it up before a bath. Disgusting!”
