The location was pretty good.
No concierge, no maps, staff was very unwelcoming.
“The location of this hotel was downtown so it is easy to get a taxi or walk to most places. The staff is terrible, they have no concierge, no maps of vancouver, no snack bar in the room and no moisturizers in the bath. The room smelled of old aftershave. I didn't feel welcome there. I would never go back.”
