• Pool, nice staff.
• Expensive food, dirty dark interior.

“Quite the opposites in this old building. Very friendly and accommodating staff yes dark and dim interior that is somewhat depressing. The hotel management seemed to be constantly bickering with the staff especially the restaurant manager. The front desk clerk was fabulous. Again with opposites, terrible food!”

• Spacious room, great location and well-intentioned staff.
• Depressing decor, under renovation, staff was not well informed about the area.

“Not up to the level of its neighbors, the Hilton and Marriott, depressing and somewhat dumpy, free internet and great location.”

• Friendly registration staff, coffee, fruit by front foyer, friendly shuttle service.
• Bed linen worn, blanket had tear, not a clean appearance, TV remote dirty.

“Experience was OK, but i will probably upgrade to a 4 star next time.”

• Easy check-in and convenient location.
• $11/day parking when other hotels in the area offer free parking.

“Decent hotel with all necessary amenities. Although the location is convenient, it was somewhat difficult to find due to it being set back from the street and the hotel's signs were not easily visible.”

• Weak shower flow.

“Convenient Location with shuttle to and from the airport. Lots of restaurants/shops nearby. Lobby was a bit of a mess because of construction. Room was clean and as expected. Only gripe is the shower pressure was very weak. They had one of those nice shower heads but it was not useful given the water pressure.”

• Parking was $11/night.

“The location is in a congested part of town that ends up being a long drive to get anywhere. The location also isn't great for taking advantage of public transit. The parking was expensive and not included. The room was decent but the bathroom was filthy, especially the floor.”

• Check-in staff was very low quality.

“Upon arriving at the reception desk, the check-in person was fine was not friendly and he forgot to provide me with the online password for the wireless internet service provided by the hotel. I had to return to the front desk to obtain this code. Upon arriving in the room, the wireless service was non-operational and I spend 15 mins on the phone with the technician (who was very unprofessional) in trying to solve the problem. Ultimately, the service was up and running after that conversation. Otherwise, there were no other issues for my stay.”

“Overall it was a fairly good hotel but it could have been better. I don't believe they should have charged for parking and the pool was outdoors and it was raining most of the time, so we couldn't use it.”

• Close to the airport and there was a shuttle service.
• Room furnishings dated.

“Hotel was adequate for my needs. A little dated and worn. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

• Too far from city center.

“Excellent hotel or the price with fantastic amenities. Several restaurants within hotel with many more within 5 minutes walking distance. Shuttle service to and from the airport.”

• Recently renovated, this hotel was better than expected. Close walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, stores.

• Ordered chicken wings from room service poor.

“The location is good, lots of amenities close. The hotel is clean, rooms ok, but nothing special. Staff is attentive & helpful. Free shuttle to & from the airport was important for us.”

• Rooms were old and felt unclean.

“A no-frills hotel. The rooms are clean but feel old. I would rate it at 2.5 stars. From the airport it is a 15-20 minute shuttle bus ride. The shuttle from the airport comes every 30 minutes.”
