Located downtown and ideally situated on the restored waterfront with a commanding view of the harbor, Hilton Saint John has 197 well-appointed guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and health club. We boast a wonderful restaurant, the Turn of The Tide, offering a variety of fine cuisine. Brigantine Lounge, on the upper lobby level of the hotel, affords a fantastic view of the harbor. The hotel is connected to the Saint John Trade and Convention Center, with underground parking for 500 vehicles. The hotel and trade center offer extensive meeting facilities and food and beverage services for any variety of functions, whether for two or 2,000 people. A Business Center is available with photocopying, fax and computer services at a nominal charge. We are connected via an indoor walking network to the Market Square Complex, New Brunswick Museum, Saint John Free Public Library, Canada Games Aquatic Center, Harbour Station, Brunswick Square and the Old City Market.[less]

Location was great.
They treated us like 2nd class.

“We didn't even get a real room. The put us in a suite overflow room with a Murphy bed. I might as well stayed at the holiday inn express.”

Appeared to be family friendly.

“Reasonably well located, family friendly. Rooms are very limited; no wireless high speed internet (extreme charge for cable net); no microwave, bed uncomfortable, staff friendly but unable to meet a simple request due to overbearing management, much to expensive for experience. Never again!”

Connected to good shopping via speedways nod tunnels. Didn�t have to go out in cold at all.
Expensive parking.

“Staff very pleasant and helpful. Upgraded room as our room was not quite ready.”
