• Location and view.
• It was not clean, we found hear in the duvet and towels we make a very strong complain with the manager.

“ We had to make a complain with the manager because they didn't gave us a clean room at our arrival. They clean the room after but this doesn't happened in a quality hotel, the lobby is not attractive, is very cold. ”

• Beautiful hotel, revolving restaurant, great city view.
• The cushions on the two room chairs were worn pale.., The music from the neighboring pub kept us awake until 4am.

“One of the top 5 hotels to stay at in Quebec City. From the underground parking to the rooftop revolving restaurant every detail is carefully controlled while keeping an upscale casual atmosphere. The rooms offer astounding views of Fort Frontenac, the Saint Laurence seaway and the city.”

• Room was nice and close to restaurants.

“The hotel was very nice, comfortable rooms, great service, close to restaurants and sites. Staff was very friendly to our children but seemed to have some difficulty recommending somewhere that had good food but was kid friendly.”

• I liked the great views from most every room and the revolving restaurant.
• Did not like 23.00 per night parking.

“The views are great from every room due to the glass walls. The revolving restaurant is definitely worth the dining experience. Overall a satisfying stay, but expensive unless you use Priceline.”

• Room , Staff and hotel were excellent , couldn't ask for much better
• Pay for parking.

“I was leery about going to this hotel after reading some of the reviews. Upon arriving the experience was excellent, if and when I go back to Quebec , I will stay at Lowes again without hesitation.”

• Price of parking was incredibly high and workout room was a bit on the small side.

• It was clean, staff was welcoming, bedroom was beautiful and very clean. Beds were excpetionally comfortable, location was great. The pool was clean

• Location on Grand Allee, view from restaurant and room.
• Parking underground was tight and expensive.

“Everything you would expect from a 4 star property, including a 4 star restaurant experience in the revolving restaurant on top of the hotel. Beds were incredibly lush, staff was friendly and helpful, view from our room was sweeping.”

• Room was comfortable and restaurant staff was superb.
• The concierge men were slightly creepy.

“A comfortable, upscale hotel situated close to the old city, with unmatched views. Overall interior is becoming slightly dated, but is kept clean and presentable.”

• The staff was friendly. The location is close to shopping and to Old Quebec. The room was clean.
• We didn't like the mandatory valet parking. They put us right by the elevators, so it was a little noisy.

“We enjoyed the location - close to shopping and Old Quebec. The room was clean and large. We didn't like the mandatory valet parking (forcing us to pay $28) but overall it was a pleasant stay.”

• Friendly staff; good location.
• Lougne was not open mid day for coffee/cocktails only.

“Was very impressed that the entire staff spoke English and all were very friendly. Good location. Only drawback was you could not sit down in a dining area for drinks only during the day. The lobby bar was closed.”

• Front desk only recommended the pricey restaurant in the hotel. Most hotels have a printed list of local recommendations in all prices.
