  • Location, free parking.
  • Asked for 1/2 hour later checkout - was refused; bathroom unclean.

“I arrived very late in the evening and asked for a late checkout - 2 pm. Got up very late, asked for another 1/2 hour - was refused, had to gather things in a hurry. Yes - you have policies - but one can try to be flexible - not every traveler asks for this.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[2] • Location:[5]

  • None.
  • High humidity, dirty and uncomfortable bed.

“The worst hotel I had ever been in Toronto! My spouse and I were having very bad night. This is not a hotel; it's a cave! They gave me a room in the basement, with very high humidity in the room. We wake up during night every time the heat/air conditioner fan starts spinning like a jet engine. The toilet is not flushing well. The room is very dark. The bed is uncomfortable.”

“If the room not too dark, I think is better!”

  • Good location off main highways, nice pool and fitness centre.
  • No elevator to lower level rooms, ants on bathroom floor a turnoff.

“Travelling in a large group from a hockey team, we were also accomodated with a small banquet room to use a "common area" for our hockey kids and parents. This was a nice bonus. The unpleasant side was having ants all over the bathroom floor both nights. The room was clean with a fridge and microwave and free internet access. The pool didn't have available lifejackets for kids. The fitness centre was large and also had squash courts. Locker room floors were not the cleanest. The 3 level "motel" style place did not have easy access to the ground floor rooms and thus we had to lug large, heavy bags down 2 flights of stairs. Some parts of the motel were showing some age. Our bathroom had 3 towels for 4 people. Free parking. One of our families complained about another hockey group running the halls at midnight and they were given a $15 discount. Restaurants close by. This hotel is also connected to a more expensive Sheraton Hotel. Great location to access 2 busy highways in the heart of mid Toronto.”
