• They have done an incredible job of sticking with a consistent theme and design. Very comfortable and good sleep.
• Accessing parking late at night. Need to consider valet parking that is very reasonably priced.

• Nothing special.
• Room is too small.

“I do not like this hotel, not up to the stars. The room is way too small, the bathroom does not have a tub (just shower) and there is no view at all from the window. Granted, the location is prime. However, I could have stayed at Marriot Courtyard at Byward Market with all the amenities and where parking is free for guest.”

• The staff was very helpful with giving directions and coupons for dining and sightseeing activities. We had a great holiday.
• The distance from the parking garage to your room was quite a distance.

• The appearance was excellent, the conveniences, the location, the amenities of the hotel and services available.
• Not many. I liked mostly everything.

“Excellent location, great appearance and cleanliness. Helpful staff. Pricy parking and restaurant, but there are innumerous options just outside the hotel. Tim Horton's right beside it for a late night snack or if you arrive too late, like we did. And we loved the amenities. I really recommend it.”

• Nice room details. Nice TV. Free in room internet access.
• Windows in the room I had looked out to a hallway so drawn curtains made the room a bit claustrophobic.

“Centrally located and walking distance to the farmer's market and Parliament buildings, this recently upgraded hotel with nice room features offers 24 hour fitness center.”
