• It's convenient to Ottawa or Gastineau.
• Everything else.

“My room didn't have an iron, a wastebasket, nor coat hangers. The room temperature on arrival was 78 degrees and the air did not work. I asked the staff about it and they told me to open a window. They did offer to send up a fan which never materialized. The carpet was bubbled up and I almost tripped over it.”

• Bilingual staff and children's meals.
• It took some time for maintenance to come and correct a toilet problem.

“It was convenient to both downtown Ottawa and Gastineau. The staff was friendly both adults and children. The pool was nice. There was a reasonably priced menu which offered children's selections. There was fresh fruit available in the lobby as a centerpiece (apples and oranges) which looked nice and tasted great.”
