• Quietness and location.
• Handicapped room was not handicapped accessible.

“This is a real find but quite pricey for the quality but the location is fine (would not walk area at night). No recycling basket. The real problem was the handicapped room. three steps up to get to the hallway leading to the room; the door key to the outside door was too far from the door such that it easily timed out before one could reposition to open the door-door slot mechanism was 20cm from the edge of the door hinges rather than adjacent to the door handle and one had to balance on the steps to do so; the hydraulic door slammed shut (on my back and I had just had back surgery); no shower for the washroom (had a tub which is dangerous, if not impossible, to step into for persons with disabilities, no handrails for transfer to toilet; the handicapped parking space was blocked off for construction work. I was offered at check-in (midnight) that if I didn't like the room, I could go somewhere else when I tried to explain that the room was not wheelchair accessible or accessible for bathing. The next shift said sorry. The next shift tried very hard to keep me from speaking to the manager. I was never offered the 100% return fee, which is their policy if there are problems with the room. The only thing that got any response was my comment that the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. I don't think this hotel is proactive towards people with disabilities and don't honor their policy of "the room is free if you aren't satisfied." I was not happy with the dangers of using the room and told them.”
