  • Friendly staff, good location, all facilities.
  • Must install door adjusters (they close with a big bang).

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has all amenities for the traveler. Good, quiet location with ample parking. Rooms and common areas are due for renovations (worn carpets, poor paint) etc.”

  • Good service at check-in.
  • Terrible communication for the extra second night stayed. Room given was not the one requested - very small and claustrophobic.

“Management staff not credible with reported complaints. Head manager not empathetic towards the situation on the second night. Very argumentative and not accommodative.”
