• Clean and comfortable room and bed, temperature control, flat screen
  TV and the size of it, location of the hotel and good customer service.

“Good room price via Priceline. Excellent room with a view! Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything downtown.”

• Very nice boutique hotel, newly renovated.
• None.

“I have stayed here before and this time I found out that they spent about a million $ on guest room renovations. Very nice! They have kept the charm of an older period hotel and made it come alive with the new fabrics and furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great dining room, also renovated with new fabrics and color. And get this, they now offer free bicycles for hotel guests to explore the surrounding harbor trails. What a great idea. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

• In town.
• No elevator to room, had to carry bags up steps. Room tiny.

“No space in room with one bed. You could barely get by it because of lack of space. really need to get rid of those rooms or make two rooms one.”

• Location, there was a lot to do near by, the staff was helpful.
• There was no parking. A lot of outside noise because it is in the heart of the town

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of the town on the waterfront which is fun. It would be great for young adults. Parking was challenging. Our room was very clean.”
