• Was perfect for what we needed while we were visiting family.

“My only issue was the night staff on Christmas Eve. Our keys did not work on the outside doors, and my son's key did not work in the door either. The staff said that there was nothing they could do, but the girls in the morning reprogrammed them both in minutes so that they worked.”

• The place is clean and people are very nice.
• The breakfast people are sometimes very cranky.

“Ohanes has always been fabulous to us. We stay there regularly. Breakfast place needs to have more room but a great place to stay. Convenient, clean and good! Thanks.”

• The room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
• Construction was going on and breakfast was inconvenient.

“We have stayed there 3 times, with a 4th coming up this weekend. We are very satisfied with the service we have received. Your continental breakfast is very good and meets our needs. Keep up the good work!”

• Cramp lobby and lack of continental breakfast that a sister hotel in Ottawa suburb offered at slightly lower price.

• Front desk persons were very nice and helpful.
• The breakfast, while complimentary is too small and ill equipped.

“Nice hotel. I actually liked the location which is close to two highways that go to Montreal. The hotel is also pretty close to the bus station from which persons can go Downtown with no stops. The bus stops at a Downtown subway station thereby allowing for access to the rest of the area. The hotel was comfortable. My only qualm was the ice machine. Someone decided to get ice at midnight. I had just fallen asleep and the ice machine was so loud and the person was getting a lot of ice I finally got up, got dressed and was able to go out and say something to him about all the noise. Otherwise, a great hotel.”

• It met my expectations. It was reasonably priced.
• It is not an impressive hotel but there is nothing to complain either.

“This hotel is a standard two star hotel. The room was clean, warm, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine. On the other hand, don't expect a lot from it either; it is a hotel you will forget quickly. Nothing to complain, nothing to especially praise about it. I was satisfied and happy with my stay.”

• Key card would not open outside door to parking lot.
