• Neat, clean, large room.
• Very difficult to find location.

“The hotel was quite nice for a two star. However, unless you are staying to use the airport the location is horrible to reach by road.”

“They advertise as newly renovated but the room leaks water from A/C and smells, the customer service is really poor, the gym is not accessible, location is ok. No free breakfast turns off families staying over there.”

• Quite convenience location to P.E Truduea Airport and the price of the room.
• The bathroom was very small and the pillows are not comfortable.

“For the price and the location I recomend it to others. The staff was very helpful.”

• Closer to the airport than Downtown.
• Musty smell in the room.

“Comfortable bed but room was noisy, overlooking freeway. Private parking spaces. Has restaurant (but we did not check it out). Front desk staff forget to tell us there are 2 airports when giving directions. We headed towards the wrong one and nearly missed our flight.”

• Airport shuttle available.
• It was shoddy, security an issue, staff inattentive.

“You would be better off at one of the other chains that are nearer to the airport. Do not waste one minute looking at this hotel. Shuttle from airport is unreliable.”

• Easy access from highway and restaurants.
• Getting out of the parking lot was slightly bothersome.

“The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice and spacious. We enjoyed ourselves here.”

• Very dirty, smells like cigarette smoke in rooms.

“Not impressed. The hotel from the outside looks very rundown and the inside looks the same. The property is not being cared for properly. The smoking rooms are on the same floor as the non smoking rooms and so our clothes smelled horrible when we left.”

• The staff, including the general manager, made one feel that they were truly welcomed there.
• There is nothing bad for me to say.

“The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the airport. The shuttle van service was excellent as were the operators of this service. The vans arrived on time and were clean. The hotel itself was a very pleasant experience, the restaurant in the hotel had excellent food and a very attentive staff.”

“The hotel was dirty. The bathtub did not drain. the coffee maker did not work. The continental breakfast consisted of toast and juice. They did not have any extra blankets or pillows.”
