• The room was okay.
• Rude staff members.

“Staff was rude as soon as we checked in. There is a booking fee, although they say there is not. They were unwilling to help me once we checked out. Did not want to answer any questions that I had about the area. The water park is very small and the floor very slippery.”

• My children enjoyed the indoor water park.
• The room was dirty, housekeeping was poor.

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when we arrived, and we were often forgotten when housekeeping made their daily rounds. We needed to call to have the room cleaned, to come back and empty trash. Definitely not worth the price.”

• Main reason to choose this hotel is for the waterpark, it is a good one for young children.
• Restaurant food was just OK, service was below expectations, long waits, missing items, etc. Kitchen couldn't cope with volume.

“The hotel is a good place for young children and families who want to make use of a waterpark. Not conveniently located to Clifton Hill but there is easy access to the bus line. Food is adequate but expensive for what you get. Service at restaurant could be improved. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend as an economical way to enjoy a water park in Niagara Falls.”

• No negatives on our stay.

“My family had a blast here. Kids didn't want to leave the water park, but I could easily keep my eye on them the whole time. Lots of lifeguards. Restaurant was a little pricey but food was good and our waiter was lots of fun. We had a suite with bunk beds for the kids, nice and clean with a small fridge and micro. Niagara Falls is actually a pretty small city so even though this place is not by the falls, it is only minutes to drive to tourist area. Nice a quiet with park/playground area with sports courts. I would definitely recommend for families with young children.”
