  • Good location. 24hr shop.
  • Parking lot is poorly designed and you have to pay 10 dollars.

“The room smelt musky and the shower curtain was moldy. There was a big brown stain in the ceiling tile above the shower! The Coffee Carafe was dirty.”

  • Location, pet friendly.
  • Dirty, unprofessional, broken Jacuzzi and sauna, too expensive.

“The only good thing about this hotel was the location and they accepted pets. The room was old and dirty. The Jacuzzi was cold and the staff had no intention of getting it fixed anytime soon. The Sauna didn't work. They said on the phone we would get a military discount (and we had the name of the person who quoted it to us) and then wouldn't give us one when we checked out. We had 2 cars so we paid $20 a night just to park. This hotel is run down and poorly managed and they are charging way more money than it is worth!”

  • The only thing good of this hotel was the location.
  • Very dirty, terrible view and horrible bad room. It has carpet in the walls! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Ended up sick of this please.

“Would not ever recommend this place to anybody. This is a motel, not a hotel. My wife and I were tempted to leave the place and better sleep in the car! The hotel was extremely dirty, it was a very unhygienic place, walls are covered by carpet, and they allow pets inside!”

  • Close to casino.

“Rude staff, that wants to charge to for anything and everything. Beware parking costs that are not covered with your room. Although the hotel is non-smoking there is a terrible musty smell in it. Smoke might actually be an improvement. I tried to take the matter up with best western, but they said each hotel was independently owned, and they couldn't do anything. I stay in many hotels regularly on business (best western's included), and have never run into another place so eager to try and charge you extra, or fine you for something. terrible customer service, moldy smelling rooms. Stay away from this place.”

  • The room was huge!
  • Had to wait a long time to check in.

“Best Western was great. The room was so big we couldn't believe we had so much space! The location wasn't ideal to the falls, but it was close enough. Very close to IMAX theatre and casino. Nice pool and restaurant.”

  • Parking situation - pretty full - but it worked out.

  • It was in a good location.
  • Slow check in, slow check out, slow service at dinner.

“This hotel is in a good location. Close to the Falls view Casino, the Skylon Tower, Walking distance to the Falls, and a $5.00 dollar cab ride to Clifton Hill. Overall this was a good hotel. Clean and affordable. Americans going over to Canada must realize that Canadians are NOT in a hurry to do anything!”

  • I can't say I liked anything about this hotel.
  • The front desk staff were extremely discourteous and failed to help resolve a problem which ultimately prevented the guest from occupying the room.

“The guests planning on staying in the Best Western Falls view were treated very poorly from the front desk. Front desk personnel were discourteous and offered very poor customer service. I made reservations on behalf of Jeff, an autistic gentlemen and Michelle, his support worker. I spoke with the front desk on two separate occasions prior to the reservation date to confirm, and they were aware that I had reserved the room with my credit card but it would be Michelle as the guest name. At no time was I informed that my signature was necessary at the front desk before the room could be occupied. When Jeff and Michelle arrived they waited a significant length of time for help and then were informed that they could not stay without my signature. When they asked to use the phone to call me personally and resolve the misunderstanding they were curtly sent to a pay phone while the front personnel quickly left to attend other customers. This caused confusion and much disappointment for Jeff and frustration and insult for Michelle. Needless to say they left and drove back home. After all that trouble THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD! And the Manager was no better. He did not apologize nor would he agree to refund the charges. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING WITH THIS HOTEL. Sincerely Nicole Tracey”

  • Close to the falls and smoke free.
  • Sauna was broken too many chemicals in indoor pool and pets are allowed in rooms.

“The rates we were quoted did not include the other fees which added almost another $100 on top of the rates, there were other families also upset over the final costs, they got you once you're there, where are you gone go.”

  • The hotel charges $10 a day for parking. This should be included in the cost.

  • Directly across street from casino
  • Nothing

“Perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. Across from the new casino easy walk. Wolfgang's rest. Tutu Tucan right across the street wonderful atmosphere and food as well. We had a whirlpool tub in the room and it was huge, never have I stayed anywhere that the tub was larger than this one.”

  • Pet Friendly-Superb Location.
  • Fee for Parking is Absurd-Bar Restaurant understaffed.

“Superb Location one of Niagara Falls CA pet friendly hotels. Deluxe building is acceptable but regular annex is old, dark, gloomy. Rather pricey for rooms that are not updated. They should not charge guests for parking no other hotels do. The restaurant and bar are nice but you cannot get waited on. We left the lounge after 45 minutes and were told that no one other than a waitress from the restaurant checks on the bar occasionally for patrons.”
