• Location was fantastic.
• No ventilation in bathroom.

“This motel was very convenient to everything at Niagara Falls. You could look out the room window and see the falls. The rooms were kind of small by today's standards but very clean and comfortable.”

• Good location, within walking distance to everything.
• Elevators were extremely slow, the pool was not working and we were not notified at check in.

“The hotel was clean and staff was friendly enough, but the room was very small, although beds were pretty comfortable, the elevators were extremely slow and the stairs were not convenient. The pool was closed.”

• Everything was superb.
• The swimming pool was in repair status & we had to go 2 buildings away to use their pool and it was over crowded!

“With the exception of the pool, problem everything else was very delightful and was wonderful stay!”

• After many requests we were put in a room larger than a closet.
• The room was tiny, with a double bed.

“The initial room was the size of a walk in closet. The room was not large enough for a couple, not really large enough for a business traveler. After 2 requests, at 10:30pm, we had a room with 2 beds. The room was beautiful & had a view of the falls. We have had this reaction in the past but were always provided with a room that was large enough for either 2 of us or our family. We have also been treated with the utmost respect & consideration at other establishments. In the end I felt that the staff was eventually accommodating, but, under great duress.”

• Elevator is very old; room AC never worked; bathroom door knob jammed.

• Much to do within the confines of the complex.
• Every one we had conversed with prior to arrival could and would not guarantee any request.

“Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, our waitress for breakfast from Russia outstanding she was the best part of our stay.”

• Great location to downtown area.
• To get to the parking lot, people have to change the elevator leading to the lot.

“I liked the geographic location of the hotel, but it is sometimes confusing to change the elevator two times to get to the parking lot. It is really inconvenient to carry luggage in and out of the parking lot. The room I stayed had no cold water and no bath tub.”

“We had a fantastic view of the Falls but had a problem with the airconditioner in our room. They upgraded us at no extra charge to a larger room with a Jacuzzi and an even better view. They were wonderful and very friendly. We want to go back someday.”

• Rooms were on the small size, but to be expected for old hotel.

“Overall very pleased with the room. The size of the room was a lot smaller than average newer hotels, but the decor and cleanliness made it quite acceptable. Very convenient to all the attractions.”
