• Its location

“I would recomend this hotel for a few reasons:1-Exelent location,2-Clean,3-Easy check-in and out.”

• Location (on river road, near the Falls by people mover buses). Free parking.
• Didn't feel welcome, and a cold staff.

“Besides for the location of Michael's Inn, I will not recommend this hotel. Our room was OK but bathroom looked old.”

• Great location.
• The room was not ready at 3:00pm.

“Staff was friendly hotel was clean - pool and hot tub was great! Really liked the toddler area at the pool it was the prefect size for my 2 year old son.”

• The staff went above and beyond.
• Found a finger nail on tip of the bed spread.

“Excellent service excellent food, I would stay here again. Close enough to Niagara falls to walk. Let me stay after checkout while hubby and friends went to the falls. Even opened the kitchen for me and made me breakfast so that I wouldn't have to go all day without. Let me stay in the bar (closed) and use my lap top while I was waiting. Wonderful staff. The room was clean except for the finger nail on the bed spread. The sheets were fresh etc.”

• The cleaning people were very friendly.
• Rock hard beds, very outdated decor, got a basement room.

“This hotel needs updated decor, beds, linens, and please don't use the basement rooms. Very dowdy and unattractive stay, boarding on seedy. The beds were so hard my back hurt for 3 days after we got home literally like sleeping on the floor. Besides welcome and goodbye the front desk people didn't care to give us the time of day.”

• I liked the cleanliness.
• It is in need of upgrading.

“Got a good greeting, and room was clean. Bathroom tap dripped, and got brown/rust stain on my shirt from using the iron. Breakfast buffet was not available, and restaurant did not open until 08.00 am. I was at a convention so the hotel met my needs.”
