“The hotel really had nothing special about it. The rooms were not modern despite the fact they were recently renovated. I did not like that there were certain hallways that were contained between 2 doors that had the smoking section/ rooms of the hotel. Everyone had to walk through this area to get their rooms. I smelled of smoke all day after passing through the smoke area. But the hotel served its purpose, to be close to all the attractions and the falls. Everything was within walking distance and that was great!”

“This hotel is located close to many attractions, short walk to the falls, across from the casino, and is attached by walkway to the indoor water park. The hotel has been recently renovated and is set up more like a motel, each series of rooms encircles an indoor courtyard, which means that there are no exterior windows in the rooms, and the main window faces the indoor courtyard. The rooms were clean but small, and the bathroom was very small. The beds were uncomfortable as I had a spring in my back the whole night. It was fairly quiet, but I would suggest asking for an upper floor room as you could hear clearly when people were walking above you. The hotel seems to be very kid friendly as they offer a family movie and popcorn in the courtyard every night at 8 pm; while I was there they played Open Season and Happy Feet.”

“OK the location is great and the place is clean, however, there aren't any pools on site like they lead you to believe. If you stay at this hotel you have access to pools at other hotels. We had to walk across the street, through a parking garage, up the elevator, across a sky bridge, into another hotel, down the stairs, out onto the street, into yet another hotel, and up another elevator to get to the pool! This with thousands of people about. Not a good thing going back when your all wet. Also if you make to much noise in your room they charge you $200. We smoked in our room (there were no signs posted in the room for non smoking and travel time zone has this hotel listed as non smoking upon request) and were charged $200 for that. They lied and said we requested a non smoking room and when I put the manager to task on the possibility for human error on the reservation clerk they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I even proved human error on the reservation clerks part because they typed in the email address wrong so we never even got our confirmation until we called for it. Also Canadians are very rude to Americans. I would only recommend this hotel to someone I despised. ”
