“I really like the hotel, and it was located on the water, the hotel also had shuttle service so you could leave your car and save money on parking. Rooms were clean and the hotel was not overly busy, nice for sleeping.”

“There was a lack of parking for the size of the hotel. There were children's cloths left in the room we were staying in. The heat did not work and when we called the front desk they stated that it was because they were changing to gas and there was nothing they could do about it at this time.”

“It was sufficient for the few days we spent there. I would probably not return, I felt it was not the cleanest place to be. There was always hair somewhere.”

“The Best Western FIRESIDE didn't have any working fireplaces, one of the reasons we booked at this hotel. Best Western worked with the Days Inn next door and gave us a room in the Days Inn with a fireplace. Days Inn seemed to be a lower grade hotel but it was still a place to stay.”

“This hotel is fine if you are looking for a good value, compared to the downtown hotels. You definitely need a car. The room is spacious but you can see that they are not putting money into it. Furniture needs to be replaced. Wallpaper is old and need to be replaced in the bathroom. However, the value was good and it was clean.”

“The Best Western Fireside in Niagara Falls is located about 2 or 3 miles from Niagara Falls. The hotel gives you complimentary bus passes, but it only takes you to select locations. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously expensive for what you get, and there was no complimentary option. The workers in the dining room, were not friendly, and even ignored us when we came to dine. The pool and hot tub are old and were very filthy during our stay. You could barely see the bottom of the hot tub because the water was so dirty. The room was clean and nice, and the fireplace was a nice touch. The view on the river side is decent; you can't see the falls, but its better than the other option which was the hotel parking lot. The wireless Internet signal was so weak, it took several minutes to visit even the most basic websites. I would recommend this hotel, only if you plan to do nothing but sleep and shower in your room.”
