• The pool was way too small.

• Very clean. A separate sitting room, feels like home.
• Parking is $10 extra. Should have been included in the price.

“A very quiet and clean hotel room. The bathroom is clean. The king-size bed is firm and comfortable. For the first time, we can sleep straight till the morning.”

• Very nice and stylish rooms.

“I thought the hotel had a great location and was very nicely appointed. The staff was helpful. My only complaint was that the parking lot was poorly designed but that's a minor problem.”

• Normal Hilton 3 star.
• They give out parking tickets but tiny signage about parking fees.

“Hilton Suites Toronto/Markham Canada. The parking lot is a huge ground level open parking lot. It is actually a paid parking lot requiring the guests or banquet attendees to pay a small fee. However, there is one ticket dispenser, one very small, barely noticeable sign on a lamp post at one end of the driveway to indicate pay parking. The Hilton security guards issue $35 parking fines for the Town of Markham. This is absolutely unacceptable. Guests were never notified of the parking fee at check in.”

“There's no reason at all that this hotel should have the right to charge anyone for parking here- esp. for guests that are staying overnight. This isn¿t located in downtown or anything. Its a freaked suburbs ok- suburb with tons of parking lots that shouldn¿t be charged a dollar an hr or 8 overnight.”
