• Our whole stay was positive.
• Loud wedding party. Oh well, only get married once.

“The Courtyard by Marriott at this Mississauga location was more than we expected. Restaurant a little pricy, but lots of amenities nearby. They serve coffee 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Boutique open 24 hours which is always a bonus. Very friendly staff from front desk personnel to cleaning staff, to restaurant personnel. Stayed for 3 nights in middle of September, and booked 2 rooms for 3 nights again for last weekend of September. Happy to go back.”

• Room was clean with a king bed and pull out sofa.
• The pull out sofa did not have any bed sheets or pillow and not ready to use.

“It was easy to find the hotel with my GPS although location is not very good. The room was clean and had a king bed and a pull out sofa. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and had to use sofa. We reached the hotel at midnight and thought will go to bed directly. When we pulled the sofa out it did not have bed sheets and pillows. Normally I would expect the pull out sofa would be ready to use when required by the guests. We were too tired to ask for a change of room or request the hotel to make the bed. There were some pillows and a sheet and we made ourselves and slept.”

• Exercise room and pool; computers in lobby for guest use.
• I cannot think of anything.

“The hotel staff was friendly. I had never stayed at this hotel before, but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I received good quality for the money, and the hotel was fully booked that night, so it obviously has a good reputation. I used the facilities in the exercise room, but did not swim in the indoor pool which was adjacent to the exercise room.”

• The beddings are very soft and comfort.
• My spouse, my daughter and myself shared a king bed room and my daughter had to sleep on the couch on the first night of our visit.

“It was glad we changed to a two bed room the next day.”

• I have been more than 10 times stayed at this hotel and its very good atmosphere.
• I miss the breakfast what they give at the hotel.

“It is a very good hotel. But I like hotel which is in the same complex for the complementary breakfast.”

• The bed was not good, woke up with sore back joints.

“I really liked everything, although I wish the bed was better, when I woke up, my back was really sore, I think there's a problem with the mattress, other than, that, it was awesome.”

• Very nice.
• They charged so much for the breakfast buffet.

“It was a pleasant stay with a surprisingly low price! They should give more details about the breakfast buffet price, they lead us to believe that they will only charge a small fee when asked without saying the price and we were surprised when we got the bill. other than that excellent.”

• Beautiful, modern, super-clean room. Friendly staff. Wireless internet. Great experience!
• Location could have been better I guess. Nothing around except highway. But I had a car so that was fine.

• Our room was clean, had a very huge bed, and a great view! We loved our stay and I will definitely come again and again.
• One of our phones didn't work, but we didn't really mind that much - the other one worked just fine.

• Clean, friendly staff, easy check in/checkout.
• Stayed Friday/Saturday there were lots of tourists, young kids, loud on my floor that particular evening.

“Great location, friendly staff. Everything was as expected and I would stay here again. Lots of restaurants deliver to this hotel, (front desk has an all the brochures), if you prefer different food than room service.”

• Very clean and very comfortable hotel that I would recommend to anyone. Great staff as well.
• I wish the location was a bit more convenient, closer to shopping and dining places, no complaining though.

• Very clean and efficient.
• Not much to do around hotel.

“The hotel was clean and staff fairly friendly. There's not much to do right around the hotel though. The Jacuzzi broke down during our stay too. Buffet breakfast was more than $10 each and didn't look that good, so we didn't eat there. All in all, the hotel was fine, but nothing special.”

• Staff was friendly, nice room, pool and hot tub was good, free parking and internet.
• Check-in took long.

“This hotel is located near a highway, and near many restaurants which is convenient. The hotel is nice, the pool and hot tub are good, plus free parking and internet. However, the only downside to my stay at this hotel was the check-in was about 20-30 minutes, however I did ask for an upgrade and the staff didn't know how to do it. Then, my remote was broke in room, so we exchanged it twice, and then they said it must be the TV so I moved one room over. Everything was fine and they offered me a $50 discount off my upgrade. The staff was really helpful and friendly, I felt sorry for the burden I caused them at check-in.”

• Hotel staff rude. Ordered a movie but it stopped playing, phoned front desk and they said order it again. Not fair to be charged twice for the same movie.

“Not happy with customer complaint. We ordered a movie started watching it and it stopped. We phoned the front desk with no help then we talked to the manager and they said to order it again. So they wanted us to pay double. So we paid for a movie we couldn't even watch. Try explaining that to kids.”

• Near Highway.

“Good: Clean rooms, upscale lobby Bad: The hotel was a bit far from amenities and right by the highway. We had 2 rooms with windows facing the highway and it was loud. We called the front desk and were moved to another set of rooms, but it took 30 minutes. Besides that one cave at the hotel was great.”
