• Very comfortable.
• Noise in the hallway at 4:30 am of carts and doors closing.

“This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming and the room was very nice. The only item that I think they were missing was a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise we were very pleased.”

• The location was excellent.

“Location was excellent with proximity to the airport. Shuttle service was also very good at this hotel. Clean, comfortable room.”

• Clean, modern and designed room.
• Food too pricy.

“Very clean, upscale hotel, near the airport. Good quality food that was a bit pricy. Shuttle runs often with early morning to very late evening run times. Felt safe and very welcome.”

• Good rooms, clean.
• Not very nice common spaces on the wing where I stayed, paid parking, paid internet.

“I expect to get at least free internet, and preferably free parking.”

• The room setting was very unique.
• They charge $15.00 per day to park your car in their parking lot. Where else am I going to park my car?

“The hotel was very up-scale. I have 3 children and it could not accommodate us with a roll-away bed but we made do. I don't like the fact that I had to pay $15 to park my car at the hotel.”

• Room arrangement the two beds were back to back with a high headboard created two spaces.
• Getting to the entrance was a challenge in spite of the map provided and a GPS the road at one end of the hotel is actually a ramp to the highway.

“Very convenient if you have any business at the airport. The shuttle service is excellent. The rooms are attractive and the beds are quite comfortable. The fitness area is very large and there are a number of options squash, aerobic machines, weight room and outdoor pool. My stay was quite enjoyable.”

• Close to conference centre.
• It did not seem to reflect the Hilton name.

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel however, I did not feel that it lived up to the Hilton name. The common area carpets seemed worn and dirty.”

• The Airport Hilton has a great location and the remodeled facility is excellent.
• Antiquated gym equipment.

“The Airport Hilton is in the process of completing a much needed facelift. The room was modern, but a bit austere with a strange two-bed layout. The public spaces look contemporary and work to create an appealing environment.”

• Restaurant.
• $15 per day for parking.

“Close to the airport so convenient to my customer. Best part of this hotel is their restaurant. I seriously had one of the best meals (sirloin strip steak) I have ever had. Can't wait to go back their tonight.”

• It is rare to find a mini-bar these days. Hilton had it. Two complimentary bottles water .
• Somone one set off the fire alarm at 3.00 am. Security needs improving.

“This hotel is ideally situated for anyone simply passing through Toronto to another destination. It is close to all the main highways.”

• Convenient to
  airport and highway location. Quiet rooms.
• Room maintenance was horrific.

“The Toronto Airport Hilton fell short of my expectations. The hotel is dated and presents a shabby appearance. The housekeeping in the room I was in was below acceptable. When I closed the shower curtain a wet washcloth fell on my head from the shower rod. The toilet paper consisted of the ends of two rolls. I found the Cardio Room at gym to contain out-of-date equipment and was depressing. Overall, this property is not up to Hilton standards and certainly did not meet my needs for business travel.”
