• The room was clean.
• Lobby run down, unclean,shuttle van from airport was filthy old van.

“Room was clean but lobby was suspect when we arrived, as it was in need of a makeover and a cleaning. The location was also in unkept condition. The hotel shuttle service was slow, and the van was filthy inside and very old, I didn't want to sit on the seats they were so dirty.”

• Close to airport, and free shuttle service.
• Restaurant was booked, had to eat in bar area.

“This hotel is good stopover place for people dealing with the airport. Overall, hotel was very good. Staff was helpful. Food in the restaurant could be slightly better, and we had to eat in the bar area, because the restaurant area was booked for private function. Didn't have time for pool. Free airport shuttle was nice.”

“I stayed for about 4 hours. The shuttle was prompt and quick. The rooms were very outdated but overall clean.”

• In door heated swimming pool, work out room, sauna and Jacuzzi.
• They have too many meeting which takes up the parking.

“The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice, it has everything one needs and the freeway, gas station and every store you can think of is nearby. I would definitely stay there again. Also thank you guys for helping me and my family find this hotel. Wonderful environment. The hotel that was booked before moving me was in downtown where a day after requesting to move there was a brutal stabbing of an innocent person who was robbed. Motel name is The Bond Place I believe.”

• Courteous staff.
• I didn't get to stay there.

“I didn't stay at this hotel. When I arrived at 10:00 pm, I was informed that due to a computer crash, hotel reservations were messed up and that I had been booked at another hotel. The staff was courteous and efficient in the re-booking process, but the hotel I ended up at - I believe a travel lodge? - Was not nearly as nice - and it lacked the pool that I had been anticipating as a place to relax after a difficult day.”

• They upgraded me to executive suite - it was awesome quiet.
• Outside of hotel was very dirty looking grounds/parking area.

“If the outside wasn't so shabby looking I might recommend it but because of that I probably wouldn't.”
