“This was a great hotel to stay in. We slept like logs - the King bed was extra comfortable and the pull out was also fine. The linens, bathroom, and appliances were all very clean and smelled new. A real treat! Especially for the price. Will definitely stay again!”

“Very glad I got this hotel - For a 2 star hotel, it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. It even included breakfast. Got my bang for my buck!”

“This hotel charges 10 dollars for parking - equals. I drive a nice truck and the space for it was inadequate. I did not park it on their property. Their parking lot was unplowed and they had underground parking but I didn't bother looking as the price was unacceptable - not recommended to park at this hotel.”

“Even when this hotel was almost brand new, the heating/a/c unit is so noisy that I wake up many times during the night. First, the thermostat makes a loud clicking noise that signals the unit to turn on. Then, the unit turns on, and sounds like it is an old airplane for the first few seconds. I noticed that it went on and off every few minutes the whole night. I also read an article that hotel guests are now naming noise as the number one complaint, even above room cleanliness!”

“I was thoroughly satisfied with this hotel. There seemed to be no shortcuts in design, with excellent bathroom facilities, interior decorating was well above ordinary. All in all, a pleasure to stay there, where convenience and facilities assure that the traveler does not have to bear any aggravation or inconvenience.”

“Each night we only got 3 towels for 4 people and had to ask for more towels each night. They ran out of items at breakfast and didn't get items delivered again. Charged an additional $10 per day for parking which I was not aware of. All Fairfield's that I know of include parking. I expect that downtown, but not by an airport out of town. We stayed by the airport to avoid a hotel parking fee. If I had a normal reservation at this hotel, I would have left at the point in time, but I was stuck. Also when we checked in they initially gave us a room with one bed and a couch. When I asked for a room with two beds they initially wanted $46 more a night, but finally gave me the room for the same price. One night the pool was very dirty. One night the jets on the hot tube didn't work and was very dirty, but it was hot that night. One night the hot tube was luke warm. One night we couldn't breathe in the hot tube almost causing vomit from excessive chemicals. The pool or hot tube ruined my swim suit. They had a sign that I have never seen in the pool area that said they were not responsible for ruining the color of swimwear, so it must be a common occurrence. It only happened to my suit, not the rest of my family. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Coffee in the lobby was usually hot. The breakfast they ran out of some items, but was still fine. Seemed to be safe area. There really aren't any restaurants right there by the hotel. Close to the highway although can be a little confusing to get to from certain directions.”

“I felt that this is a newly built hotel and is well maintained. Very close to the Airport and was pretty easy to drive to. Free Breakfast was provided with a lot of varieties which was very good. Swimming pool (Adult & Kids) was very neat and clean. My Kids had a lot of fun. I loved my stay at this hotel and I had already recommend this to my friends..”

“This hotel is rated as 2 stars but it is definitely better and cleaner than many 3 stars hotels around the area. It is above my expectation. The decor in and out are contemporary. Everywhere is clean like new. Rooms have refrigerator, TV, microwave, and sofa bed. The beds are comfortable. Easy access to freeway. Only 25 minutes from Toronto downtown. It provides free continental breakfast, free shuttle to airport and free Internet access and printing. The only drawback is that they charge $10 Canadian for parking per day. Because it is next to the airport, you can hear all the airplane noise well.”
