• The room was comfortable and the service was good.
• Some of the staff at the front desk were a bit rude.

• It was in a good location.
• The evening staff was quite rude and unhelpful when we indicated we were supposed to have two beds.

“Finding the place was fairly easy and close to amenities. The hotel staff was rude and very cold to us completely refused to help; however, the day staff during checkout was very helpful and polite.”

“Hotel itself was fine. The young lady who booked us in was excellent. The only problem was the fact your people booked us into a smoking room. My wife or myself have never smoked in our lives and I would never ever, book a smoking room. As they had no vacancies we were forced to stay in the smoking room, a huge disappointment. As a moving forward suggestion I would recommend that you have your staff at least ask clients when booking rooms if they desire smoking or non smoking. I was not asked by your staff what was our preference and I assumed that we would automatically be booked into no smoking.”

• The fantastic breakfast spread - was great!
• The rooms were small, would have been good to have had queen size beds and more room space.

• They had wireless Internet.
• The water took a long time to get warm and the room was small.

“The hotel states it has a barbecue area, but it just has one picnic table that we saw. The staff was friendly. We were not expecting a smoking room and the staff did not try to accommodate this. The room was smaller than described.”
